Hello,

There is no known issue on supported operating systems.

The event log entry shows a general error message about .NET.
You may uninstall SiteKiosk, run the Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool and install SiteKiosk again.
Also make sure you installed all available Windows updates (incl. NET updates).
