Support Request: Tracking User-Journey

Description

Dear Support,

my customer is asking me wether it is possible to track the Userhabits of their sitekiosksystem. They want to track stuff like:
- how many times is the interface started from standby-mode
- what sites do the useres use most frequently
- how far do they scroll down on sites
- how long do users stay to use the system
- and the whole user-journey in general

Is any of this possible using your system and if so could you give some directions on where to get more informations on how to do this?

kind regards,
Max

Hello,

Besides this >> how far do they scroll down on sites<<< everything is stored in the log files of SiteKiosk (…\SiteKisk\Logfiles) which you can evaluate by using SiteRemote:
Also see: https://www.provisio.com/web/uk/products/kiosk-remote-management-siteremote

You can test SiteRemote 30 days for free by creating a team on https://www.siteremote.net

When done register your SiteKiosk machine to SiteRemote:

is there any way so transform this kind of entries into something more readable. Like a statistic giving me the the whole time the interface was used?
Or do i have to count all the Log-Ons and Offs myself?

Regards!

Hello,

You can register your SiteKiosk installation to SiteRemote and then create a report from the log file information that will be transferred to SiteRemote.

Just create a 30 days test team on https://www.sitermeote.net
Then open the SiteKiosk configuration at the client machine and register the terminal (-->Remote Monitoring)
