Support Request: diffulty on instation because always after instalation "rolling back the action"

hello,

I changed my hardware and iI need to reinstall my License Multicone SKP 981448.
At the first time I reinstall with sucess and I maked the register and all is ok but without plus version.
I get a new version until january of 2019 and try install. It began for erase the previous versin and it installed the new. Near of the end it start with "rollinng backaction" and it do not install.
Can you help me abou some information or procedure to solve this problema.
OS is Windows 10

Hello,

there is no known issue on supported operating systems.

You may send an e-mail to support-europe(at)provisio.com to obtain instructions how to clean up the previous SiteKiosk installation(s) and doing a new installation with log.
