Support Request: Install Error

Description

Hello Support,

after accidentally deleting the user who has installed and configured sitekiosk, it was not possible any more to start the application with Autologon.
After the attempt to reinstall the application, the installer rolls back after the Messagebox "Es liegt ein dieses Windows Installer-Paket betreffende Problem vor...."

In the NodeErrorLog.txt we find this Message:

Hello,

the node logs have nothing to do with the installation process.

Please run the SiteKiosk installation again by starting if from a command line (cmd.exe) in the folder the installer is located in. Use this command:
SiteKiosk9.exe /V"/l*v C:\log.txt"

The log file produced by the installer will be directly on the C:\ drive.

Send the zipped log file by email to:

On a side note, part of your error logs are in German and you are from a German company. PROVISIO's European office is located in Germany, so if you prefer you can communicate in German with us.
