Support Request: Issue with SSO auto logging into Outlook and sharepoint Not prompting for user information

Description

We are currently having an issue with all of our weblinks that use SSO, such as Sharepoint, Outlook, etc..

All IE security settings have been changed to required login with userid and password, but still auto logs in. We know it works in private mode, but there is no way to start IE in private mode within in SiteKiosk. This would resolve our issues.

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. SiteKiosk 9.6 is out of support. Just to clarify, SiteKiosk uses the "IE Webbrowser control" and has no private mode setting. But SiteKiosk deletes the temporary internet files and cookies on screen saver activation and logout by default.

To prevent the SSO auto login, you can check starting SiteKiosk in a user account not having access to that page (selecting the green Auto Start button) or see about having your users sign in to their own account and sign out of it when the session ends:

Or you can disable the "Windows authentication setting" in the Internet Explorer in the windows user account used with SiteKiosk or you can try our Chrome Browser (SSO will still work if sign in with a domain account).

For SiteKiosk user account changes, you can click this link: https://www.provisio.com/en-US/CustomerSupportCenter/ArticleDetails.aspx?ArticleID=5826

Best regards,
Andre.
