Support Request: unknown software exception

Reproduction

Hello,

In last three days we're getting strange error on more than 100 kiosks
The exception unknown software exception 0x000000d occurred in the application at location 0x78138aBc
in popup block. Sitekiosk is stopped until clicked OK. Kiosks have various configurations and are connected in different cities on various connections. What this can be? Please help.

It's getting to be more often and on some machines and it's more than once per hour.

Can you reproduce this error?
What have to be done to get it?

It seems to be a general Window error message which can have a lot of reasons as you will find a lot of entries if searching for “exception 0x000000d” with Google (http://www.google.de/search?hl=de&q=exception+0x000000d&meta=).

- Maybe the required C++ Runtime Libraries from Microsoft (containing the msvcr80.dll) are not installed properly on this system?

I've downloaded and installed package but error keeped appearing.

Later I've copied files msvcm80dll, msvcp80.dll and msvcr80.dll from the package to sitekiosk directory and finally it helped.
