Reproduction
Happens for every install attempt.
Can't load SiteKiosk 7 beta on WIndows 2000 Pro SP4. Get the error:
The procedure entry point SHGetFolderPathAndSubDirW could not be located in the dynamic link library SHELL32.dll
This happens about 8-10 times, then a final dialog comes up:
Error 1920.Service SiteKiosk Privileged Call Dispatcher Service (skpcdsvc) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.
Logged in as Domain Admin, with Local Admin privileges. Plenty of disk space.
