Support Request: PDFs are opening and displaying a Gray Screen - Not the document

Hello,

I have been having problems with PDF's opening in site kiosk. In my Internet Banking software, when someone requests a statement copy, the system renders a PDF on the fly, and a new window is opened with the PDF.

On the machine running SiteKiosk, it is a Windows 7 Professional PC. I have made sure everything is patched up to date, for WIndows and Adobe Reader. It is using Adobe Reader XI.

After the user clicks on the link to open the PDF, a new window opens in SiteKiosk, and it gets a spinning wheel, but then, it just goes to a dark gray screen and the PDF never actually displays.

I am not sure what else I can check to see what the issue may be. Any help would be appreciated.

What is the IE version and what happens on this machine in IE outside of SiteKiosk? Can you provide a link and procedure to replicate so that I can test this? There is no known issue with PDFs. Can you replicate the issue with price list pdf (top link, green button) at this link http://provisio.com/en-US/Downloads/Default.aspx?GroupId=9 or only with that PDF in particular?

Good Morning,

The machine is using IE 11 - v 11.0.9600.17501 Update Version 11.0.15, and Adobe Reader XI 11.0.10

When Site Kiosk is closed, the PDFs I am having issues with will open perfectly, every time, in a new tab.

When Site Kiosk is running, it opens as a new Window, and I just get the gray screen. I can attach a screenshot if needed.

The Price List works perfectly in Site Kiosk or out, as do all other PDF's. I am assuming this issue has something to do with our Internet Banking server creating the PDF on the fly from a data file, and Site Kiosk doesn't like something about it.

If it would be helpful, we can do a WebEx or something so you can see the issue.
