I need assistance with the installation. It nears completion after raising many alerts, then begins a rollback. Please let me know when someone could do a live session with me to install the software. If we cannot resolve this by May 21, 2015, I will have no other recourse other than requesting a refund of my purchase. Thank you.

What is your operating system and IE version? What are the error messages you are receiving before the rollback? We do not provide remote assistance but we can assist you with any issues you are having by support forum, email or phone. Refunds are possible within 30 days of the purchase date.

Your last comment is problematic as I did not receive it until after the 30 days is up. Can exception be made at this time? I am not satisfied with the product nor support at this time.

The errors are in DOS windows during the installation and may be related to attempts to register components properly. I am attempting to perform the install while logged in as a local administrator account. Other than that, the errors come and go so quickly that I cannot properly determine what they are. The installation then rolls back completely out.
