Support Request: Firewall Rules
Hello I am working on a project in which we have two site kiosk clients which will be connecting to SiteRemote cloud from behind a firewall. We need to configure a firewall rule to allow the connections between SiteKiosk and SiteRemote Cloud. I need to know the IP address(es) that will be initiaing the connection. Since we are not hosting the server locally and it is a leased server I am assuming that the IP address initiating the connection is that of your cloud server (or the public facing IP of said server). Is this accurate. If so what IP address(es) do I need to allow the connection from. PS I have the ports already from your support article.
