Support Request: Digital Signage HTML Page channel is not working

Hello,

We are setting up digital signage with SiteKiosk and SiteRemote.

When we set up a campaign with just one channel displaying images, it works as expected.
But when we add to that campaign a channel to display HTML content from an URL, after publishing the changes, the SiteKiosk digital signage screen remains black and the broadcast never starts, SiteRemote shows that the broadcast is running and working properly, but it dosn't really work.

Also, if we want to preview that campaign from SiteRemote, we can see the image slideshow correctly, but at the place where the HTML content should be displayed, it shows an error message saying that .NET is missing, while we have .NET 4.5.2 and 3.5.1 installed. (Image showing that error is attached)

Please help us with this issue as soon as possible, we purchased both SiteKiosk and SiteRemote licenses just for this.

Is the team running on our server (https://www.siteremote.net)?
In case it is; please provide the name of the team that we can a have a look at it.

Otherwise you may provide the URL you want to display.
