Support Request: Problem running SiteKiosk

Description

Hello Support,
I have a brand new HP desktop running Windows 8.1, it has no other software installed on it except for the OS and SiteKiosk

When launching SiteKiosk I get the following error message

There was a problem starting C:\windows\system32\nvspcap64.dll
The specified module could not be found

After clicking on ok, SiteKiosk launches and seems to run with no other problems. Do you have any suggestions on what could be causing the problem?

Thanks so much!

The file “nvspcap64.dll“ is from NVidia and seems to be part of the application “NVidia Virtual Audio”:
http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows8_1-performance/rundll-error-on-startup/62695d00-74d3-4236-a225-b69044bb087d

When SiteKiosk is set to start in AutoStart mode, the software runs in the restricted SiteKiosk user account which is a standard user account... The error you are receiving may be caused by the NVidia Virtual Audio application not having enough access rights to start?

Uninstalling the corresponding software (NVidia Virtual Audio) should also help in this case.
