Support Request: accidentaly deleted a file.

Description

i just accidentaly deleted a file in sitekiosk mode.When i exit sitekiosk i cant find recycle bin in the sitekiosk user.How can i recover that deleted file.

Hello,

If you deleted the file(s) within the File Manager of SiteKiosk or with using the feature to delete downloaded files (or additional folders) on logout (SiteKiosk Configuration-->Logout)
the file(s) is(are) deleted permanently without using the waste bin.

Then you may check if you can recover the file using any additional tool.

Otherwise you can access the waste bin / desktop of the SiteKiosk user with following this description:
