Support Request: Cannot publish with SiteCaster

Description

I run a SiteRemote server locally, and have clients running SiteKiosk. I have registered all clients to the server and have used the SiteCaster CMS to try and publish content to the clients. However the content is never published. The message in the SiteCaster CMS is "Content not updated yet". The client screens just show the SiteCaster logo. I have waited for hours and it never updates.

There doesn't seem to be a problem with the clients contacting the SiteRemote server, and I am able to send files to the clients remotely. There is no port access problem, and nothing in the log files that indicate there is a problem.

What other troubleshooting steps can I take to resolve this issue? It is an urgent problem for me.

At the first start of SiteKiosk with SiteCaster CMS it can take some minutes (20-30) until the content is published as there maybe is also a SiteCaster CMS App update running at the client (this information is displayed in the SiteKiosk log).

How did you configure SiteCaster on the SiteKiosk client side? Which options did you select? Please send a copy of your configuration to ward(at)provisio.com.

After uploading your new SiteRemote license file with SiteCaster did you also add SiteCaster licenses to the team account your machines are registered with?

Generally SiteCaster CMS uses port 443.

I've sent the configuration file to that address. I mainly kept the default options.

Yes, I added SiteCaster licenses.

All our ports are open on our internal network, so there should be no blocks.

I have just further discovered there are no synchronization logs when checking the client Monitoring -> Software -> Synchronization area.

These logs are for the old Digital Signage, not for SiteCaster CMS.
