Support Request: Unable to open PDF

Description

I am trying to open a PDF that uses a download link vs an inline link. Works when I am logged in as admin and testing but when I use the SiteKiosk account, it shows a download dialog that appears never to actually download.

Is there a difference in SiteKiosk between Start once and Autostart mode?

No. Just different behavior if logged in as admin vs SiteKiosk.

We would prefer the PDF to open in the browser but it won't allow if download. So we enabled download and are launching a 3rd party application. Works fine if logged in as admin.

In Start Once mode you will be 'logged in as admin'. Did you test it both in the browser outside of SiteKiosk as well as in Start Once mode 'logged in as admin'? The default behavior is for PDFs to open in the browser. Please send the steps to replicate the issue and a copy of your config file to support-us(at)provisio.com.

Logged in as admin, start once mode, works fine. Browser works fine outside of SiteKiosk. Only situation where it does not work is auto-start. Sending config file in separate email.
