Support Request: SiteKiosk Crashing

Hello Tech Support,

I have been encountering an issue with SiteKiosk installed on System SKU: Surface Pro_1796 and it has Windows 10 OS (x64). The screen goes to default white back drop the Provisio Logo in front and when I double tap the screen, it shows SiteKiosk Web Browser Not Responding. But through that action of tapping on the touchscreen, the problem is resolved. I have attached a screenshot and the log files for 6/11/2018.

Around 2pm today, this error happened again. In the log file at 14:24:45 an abnormal sitekiosk program termination occurred.

Do you have any anitivirus or security software installed on the machine? You could repair the installation from the control panel or doing a fresh reinstall of the sitekiosk software. Also make sure you have all available windows updates installed

We already have 8 Surface Pro 4 deployed running on Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB. SiteCaster is working fine on those devices but this error we encountered is for our newest addition of Surface Pro. We have already tried to fix the program through Control Panel and uninstalling and reinstalling. It did not work.

To make it simple, we did not do anything different. Do you have a different solution?

Hello, I have not received any additional comments for this ticket. Windows BitDefender is the anti-virus program installed on the surface.

In this case, what should i disable on the anti-virus program?
