Support Request: Unable to register Site Kiosk

I've tried every configuration of "Name" to register a kiosk and nothing works. Please advise.

The license name and code will be found together on the second page of the invoice from your SiteKiosk license order. i recommend copying and pasting everything between the quotes. The license name must be the exactly as shown between the quotes on the license certificate.

There is no "name" on the second page of the invoice. The license key is the only thing there. I've tried to make up every variation of "name" to no avail. I'm happy to get on a quick call with someone that can give me that name, because I need to deploy these today.

In that case, it soundslike you only have a SiteRemote Cloud license. You will also need a SiteKiosk license in addition to that in order to register SiteKiosk. Here is our contact information for phone support: https://www.provisio.com/web/us/company/contact
