Hello,

Generally there is no known issue with using SiteKiosk 9.6.4572 on Windows 10.

You may check if it works when creating a new clean SiteKiosk configuration where you only set the password to exit SiteKiosk and the start page URL.

Also please see the answers to your previous post regarding sudden problems with starting SiteKiosk:

We have created a new configuration with a new start screen but we have the same result.
How we can fix this problem?

Hello,

Generally there is no known issue with using the most current version on supported operating systems.
http://www.provisio.com/helpconsole/SiteKiosk%20Help/en-US/default.htm?system_requirements.htm

Therefore you may first reinstall SiteKiosk and start from scratch.
1. Uninstall SiteKiosk (Control Panel-->Programs and Features)
2. Delete the folder “SiteKiosk” at “C:\Users\Public”
3. Download (https://www.provisio.com/en-GB/Downloads/Download.aspx?ItemId=1) and Install SiteKiosk again.

You may first start with the “Chrome Browser” or “Metro IE” skin in “Start once” mode for testing.

Sorry I have overlooked the error message applying to the Certificate.

So you shouldn't need to reinstall SiteKiosk.

The IE based Skins of SiteKiosk Browser use the IE Webbrowser Control of the installed IE version. There are no special https or certificate installation settings in SiteKiosk. You just need to make sure that it works when using the Internet Explorer in the corresponding user account.

Since you are running SiteKiosk 9, you can switch to the Chrome browser option and check the option to ignore certificate errors in the SiteKiosk configuration tool under >Basic >Start Page & Browser >Chrome Browser >Customize >Settings then check the box labeled “Ignore certificate errors”.

To try to resolve this using the IE based skin in SiteKiosk, open IE on the desktop then go to Internet Options and click the Advanced tab. Scroll down and uncheck the box labeled “Check for publisher’s certificate revocation”. Test in SiteKiosk Start Once mode. Additional steps may be necessary for that in Autostart so only test in Start Once mode under the same Windows user account where you checked the IE setting.

Otherwise please see this FAQ:
