Support Request: Black screen after load sitekiosk

Hi Sitekiosk Technical ,
Previously im using SiteKiosk 9.3.3773 ...so far so good as the browser Chrome version from Sitekiosk its old so plan to upgrade to 9.7.4937 . Previous version dont have black screen problem but once upgrade to this version starting have black screen problem . Even try to downgrade back the old version sitekiosk no blackscreen issue . Need a support from you for this latest version sitekiosk .

There is no known issue like this with the current version of SiteKiosk. What is your OS? Is your OS fully updated? Do you get different results if you temporarily disable or uninstall your antivirus as a test? Does the black screen happen when you start SiteKiosk or after run SiteKiosk then close it?
