Support Request: IE8 - Fullscreen mode - Cant scroll without scrollbars

Hello,

I applied Windows 7 IE8 Skin in Fullscreen mode with "Always hide scroll bars in fullscreen mode" checked, and this disabled me to scroll. I used this project on a touchscreen, so I didnt want to have any scrollbar visible. Could you please help? Thanks.

It is necessary to enable the scrollbar to allow scrolling even in a touch screen environment.
