Support Request: Black Screen after startup

Reproduction

Start automatically sitekiosk at windows startup with our domain user account
It was working until friday

Description

Good morning,
we have a big problem on one of our sitekiosk installation.
When we start sitekiosk automatically at windows startup, we see a black screen.
Sitekiosk is running because if we click the exit combination we see the escape windows and we can stop sistekiosk but we cannot use it because alwais black screen remain.
If we start configuration only once with the same user used to start automatically, it work!!!
Where is the prblem?
We need to fix this as soon because we have to use our kiosk today.

Hi,

if this constallation with your domain user account was working previously, please check which changes have been done by your domain administration to that account. Please see the logfile of SiteKiosk and the event logs of the operating system for more details.
