If you switch to the Chrome based browser in SiteKiosk, you have the option of ignoring certificate errors. In the SiteKiosk configuration tool go to >Basic >Start Page & Browser >Chrome >Customize >Settings then check the box labeled "Ignore certificate errors".

In our company all kiosks software opened from IE browser. Is there anything on IE we can adjust to eliminate this message? This is issue occurred few weeks ago, before it was perfectly fine with Site Kiosk. Any Windows updates cause it?

In addition to previous comment; we tested IE browser on same machine under same profile, but outside of Sitekiosk. There is no error message shows. It proves error related to Provisio SiteKiosk, and it is 9.5 version.

SiteKiosk uses the IE engine (IE webbrowser control) for the installed IE version. You can try editing the browser settings of IE to not show certificate revocation information. This has resolved the issue for other customers. There are two settings for this under >Tools >Internet Options >Advanced >Security.

The checkboxes are labeled
- Check for publisher's certificate revocation
- Check for server certificate revocation
