Support Request: on-screen keyboard popup and cover items

Description

Hi support team:
We are using Sitekiosk 9.5 (chrome skin) in kiosk.
There are some input text box in the our webview.
we use on-screen keyboard to input content in these boxes.
But on-screen keyboard always covers some input text boxes. Is there any solution to resolved the issue?
such as, can we control that this on-screen keyboard is not “over” the webview, but “below” it?

It sounds like you are using the "TouchBrowser (floating) keyboard or activated the option "Show floating keyboard on the display (Floating keyboards)" at "-->On-Screen Keyboard-->Advanced". Please choose "TouchBrowser" or deactivate the floating option at the advanced keyboard settings.

But it covers some items still after I choose 'TouchBrowser' and deactivate the floating option, please refer to the screenshot below,

You can change the size of the keyboard or the deafult zoom level of the web page or a combination of the two. The only alternative would be to use a larger monitor.

The keyboard size can be changed in the SiteKiosk configutration tool under >Plus >On-Screen Keyboard >Advanced.

The default zoom level can be changed in the SiteKiosk configuration tool under >Basic >Start Page & Browser >Advanced >Settings.
