Hello,

I am Özhan Saglik working in Bursa Uludag University Library. We have bought 20 licences for SiteKiosk. Our Licence name is [Deleted by Administrator: This is a public forum, do not post your registration data here.]. Even we did enter these information there is still unvalid fields on the plus area and there is still key on the left. Is it normal or do we need anything to do?

Hello,

yes that is normal. You are having a Non-Profit license. That license does not cover all features of SiteKiosk. If you have questions regarding your license key please contact our sales department: https://www.provisio.com/web/uk/company/contact.
