Support Request: Site Kiosk Hangs at white lock logo screen

Description

I am trying to get Site Kiosk up and running on a machine. I have 3 other machines setup exactly the same. But one PC is not working like the other. I have copied the config and the theme templates but when i go to start site KIOSK the start screen it never loads My theme.

I have Re-installed Site-Kiosk
I have tried resetting and loading the default themes.

But every time, when site kiosk loads it sits at the white screen with a safe logo and never loads the theme.

You can try temporarily disabling the antivirus on the machine you are having an issue with as a test. What is the OS? Is the OS fully updated? What are the differences between the machines that are working and the one that is not? Is there any information written to the Windows Event log after the issue occurs?
