Support Request: SiteKiosk v.9.6 & Ancestry.com.au

Description

Urgent assistance needed please - see attached config files and associated errors / screenshots seen when accessing ancestry.com.au within SiteKiosk v.9.6 Build 4572 (IE11 embedded).

These errors have just started on this specific website under SiteKiosk this week, however when running IE11 outside of SiteKiosk, this site performs all ok.

Should be easy to replicate under latest version of SiteKiosk so would appreciate a quick response - thanks.

Note: tested switching to Chromium and accessing this site does not throw these errors when run within SiteKiosk using this engine.

This however isn't an acceptable fix, we require this running within IE11 at the back end - thanks.

Open the SiteKiosk configuration tool and go to >Basic >Start Page & Browser >Advanced then scroll down and uncheck the box labeled 'Add "SiteKiosk" to user agent header'. Save and test.

Tried and unfortunately this did not resolve the issue - were you able to replicate the fault?

If you create a new default configuration file and select IE as the start page can you replicate the issue?
