Support Request: Re-install of Windows

Hi
I am having trouble with a Kiosk and need to reinstall Windows.

If I give you the license key can you unlock it so that I can use it again?

We have a 10 license pack for (deleted by administrator. Note: Submissions will be entered in the public support forum. Do not post any personal data such as passwords or software license information.) and I just need to resinstall one.

Hello,

There is no need for unlocking the license. You can just reinstall the corresponding SiteKiosk version on your new Windows system and then add the license again. The main key is that SiteKiosk is not used on more machines at the same time than the license is valid for.

Also note that the license is valid for SiteKiosk versions that are published within 12 month after purchasing the license. You license is valid until SiteKiosk 9.6.4337. You can download that version on the version history page:
