Support Request: Sitekiosk Time Out issue


We have a 4 SiteKiosk PC's that are regularly timing out when completing web based forms, the message being reported by our end users are 'ustomers can use the machines but if they are filling in a form/on a web page too long the error appears'. I've attached a copy of the screenshot.

I have checked the config file and cannot locate anything within this to see if a timeout has been entered, any ideas?

I am sorry but SiteKiosk 8.8 is out of support. This ticket will be closed.

You can give the following a try:
1. Make sure the SiteKiosk configuration wizard is closed and open your configuration file in Notepad and search for "<browserbar>" without the quotes.
2. Create a new line underneath the tag you found in step 1 and paste in the following:


3. Save your changes and test in SiteKiosk

Is there a charge to upgrade to the latest version with my current licenses?
