Support Request: Autologin is not working

Description

I am having trouble configuring the autologin functionality to windows 10. Once I enter the SiteKiosk account information then Site Kiosk logs in and automatically launches. However, I need to be able to autologin to Windows. I do not want to disable the keyboard. Can someone provide me with the steps?

Do you have any antivirus installed on the machine? When you complete your changes in the configuration and select autostart from the quickstart menu, does the machine restart and sitekiosk starts?
