Support Request: Crashes with error

Reproduction

So we have 6 computer that all get this same error message and freezes up. We've tried every solution. Is there a updated version other then the one we are using that I could try on one of the machines to see if that fix's the issue

This is a general error message. It may apply to the .NET installation on that system. Further information should be found in the Windows Event log (Event Viewer).

If it still occurs with the current SiteKiosk version 9.7 you should first install all Windows updates (incl. .NET updates) or run the Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool.
