we will want to call the Kiosk software vendor and see if we can upgrade the software on 1 PC and see if that resolves this issue. Crashes with the exception unknown software exception

That could be an option, you could also try reinstalling the current version of the software you have installed as well. If you have any antivirus installed, you may want to make an exception for SiteKiosk as well.

This is a general error message. It may apply to the .NET installation on that system. Further information should be found in the Windows Event log (Event Viewer).

If it still occurs with the current SiteKiosk version 9.7 you should first install all Windows updates (incl. .NET updates) or run the Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool.

If your license was purchased within the last 12 months, it will be eligible fot the current version. If your support and updates have expired, you can update to SiteKiosk 9.7 and test it with the free trial version.
