Support Request: Licensing Problem



I have a big licensing problem. We renewed licenses for (Company name – AS Viesnica Ridzene). Both sitekiosks accepted new licenses after upgrade to 9.7.4937. Evrything till now is awesome.

When computer goes restart it ALWAYS asks for a registration and tells that we don’t have a license.

I click to register later – he goes to demo version. That I can go to configuration without passwords and time to time shows me demo window for 30 seconds.

Ok, lets go to configuration and see whats going on with the license.
When I go to configuration – provisio tells that everything is ok. Click register – all fine.

After RESTART all the same problem. Please HELP.

The license check when starting SiteKiosk is done by the “SiteKiosk Privileged Call Dispatcher Service” (skpcdsvc.exe).
By default this service is set to manual start. Can you please check if it works when setting the “SiteKiosk Privileged Call Dispatcher Service” to automatic startup?
To do this login as administrator to Windows, open the Windows services console (services.msc) and right click on “SiteKiosk Privileged Call Dispatcher Service” at the service list.
Choose “Properties” and set the “Startup type” to “Automatic”.
