Support Request: Keyboard driver issues after Installation


we are expericencing some issues with a new installation from the Prowisio SiteKiosk in Tokyo.
After the installation, we noticed that the keyboard doesn't appear to work anymore.

My question is whether or not this is a well know issue and if you could suggest me how to solve this problem.

In general, nothing is known about this.
Which SiteKiosk version have you installed and which Windows version do you use?

Otherwise, you will find the latest version of SiteKiosk here:

Also make sure that all available Windows updates have been installed before installing SiteKiosk.
