Support Request: reinstall problem

Description

yesterday, i've tried an udate of my sitekiosk. It didn't work and it deleted some informations. i ve been obliged to uninstall and reinstall my sitekiosk.
Unfortunately, now, it's impossible to put my registration information, the system says my registration is too old. I've bought a lifetime license, can you help me to unlock it please

Hello,

I am sorry, but there is no such thing is a lifetime license that is valid for any SiteKiosk version. You can use the version of SiteKiosk that was current at the time you bought your license or any version that was released within a year of the time you bought your license for as long as you want. Newer versions require a new license key (update license) or that you have a maintenace contract (see https://www.provisio.com/en-GB/Shop/Shop.aspx?GroupIdx=9). ok, if i buy a renewal maintenance, will it work?

that depends whether you are eligible for a renewal or you need to buy an update. Maintenance renewal is only available within the one year period since the original license has been bought. If that period is over you need to buy an update instead.
