Support Request: White Screen

While working on sitekiosk browser, the browser refresh back to white screen and goes to home page. Please see the attached video

the attached did not work properly. You can try sending a dropbox link to adams(at)provisio.com. You can also send your config file and logfiles to that same email as well. that config will be located C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\Config\yourconfig.skcfg unless you have saved it some place else. C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\logfiles for the logfile and will be dated for the time the error occured. so if this happened today, send the logfile with todays date, etc.

What do you see in the SiteKiosk log file when this occurs? What is your OS and SiteKiosk version? Can you send your configuration file and the steps to replicate the issue to ward(at)provisio.com?
