Support Request: error code -2146697209 when trying to download a file

Description

I get the error code -2146697209 when trying to download a file from www.dalloz.fr. I have full rights on the destination directory. Downloads from other sites are working ok.

Unfortunately the log file doesn’t contain any details about this.

The error -2146697209 = hex 0x800C0007 comes from the IE Webbrowser Control and means that there is no data available for the requested resource.

You may check if it works when disabling the option to block larger downloads (maybe the file size cannot be determined in IE).

Otherwise you can enable the IE download dialog for the URL the download comes from.

Or you check using the Start Screen with Chrome Browser skin.
But in that case you should also update to the most current SiteKiosk version 9.7.5026 because of some security fixes in Chromium CEF:
