Support Request: The web site dosen´t works from Sitekiosk

We are having problemas when we are working with sitekiosk, the links donsn´t work and we can´t surfinf on our web.
However wihtout sitekiosk the web works,
Finally we would to add that in the sitekiosk test the buttons works correctly.

In regards to the Log and the skcfg you are using SiteKiosk 8.8.
I am sorry but SiteKiosk 8.x is out of support. Also note that SiteKiosk 8.x is not supported on Windows 10 in general.

But here are some general hints:
You may first check if the web page works in Internet Explorer on that system.
You can try to deactivate SiteKiosk in the user agent header. To do this, open the SiteKiosk configuration tool and go to >Basic >Start Page & Browser. Click the Advanced button and uncheck the box labeled 'Add "SiteKiosk" to user agent header'.
Or you check if it works when creating a new configuration and only set the start page URL and password first.
You always should check in “Start once” mode first (in the user account where it works outside of SiteKiosk) before activating “Auto Start” again.

Otherwise you should update to the current version of SiteKiosk you can download here:
In a short test the web page has loaded without any issue in SiteKiosk 9.7 with using your configuration.
Update charges apply if your licenses were purchased more than 12 months ago.
