We have just renewed our siteremote and sitekiosk licenses and we received an email stating that the siteremote service was disabled and our account team would be deleted

Your team no longer possesses a valid SiteRemote license. Your machines will be rejected by the SiteRemote server until a new license has been activated. Use this opportunity to continue to use this team and order a new SiteRemote license from our Web shop today.

Your team will be deleted in 30 days and cannot be recovered. For a new team you have to register each individual machine again with the SiteRemote server.

can we have this corrected please?

Hello,

Thank you for submitting your inquiry. Based on the message, it seems that there may have been a license change. Please review the licenses you have under the My Licenses option with your proviso.com login. Once complete, you can login to SiteRemote(.net) and activate any new licenses under Administration>>Licensing Tab, Licenses section. Please note there is a difference between SiteRemote and SiteKiosk licenses. Any further questions on Licenses should be directed to our Sales Team: sales-america(at)provisio.com.
