Support Request: Escape menu issue

Description

We are having trouble getting the escape command menu to display by using ESC, or by using CTRL+ALT+F8

Nothing we do seems to allow the escape menu box to appear, so we can log out to do maintenance on the account.

Also, we are unable to use the 4-corner option on the touch screen because the taskbar is enabled on the software, and it blocks the bottom 2 corners of the screen.

Hello,

Thank you for submitting your inquiry. I have reviewed your configuration file. Your key combination does not match what you have listed. (For privacy, I will email you directly.) If you click the 4 corners of the screen clockwise or counterclockwise even with 1.5 secs separation, you should show the exit dialog. I was unable to reproduce the complaint on the click the 4 corners of the screen issue.

Alternative to above, you can hold the SHIFT key during boot up to disengage the AutoStart only if you had disabled the lock keyboard "during startup" feature. This is usually turned on by default.
