Hello,

Please first check if downloads are allowed (-->Files & Downloads), if the tabs of the Chrome Browser skin are enabled (-->Start Page & Browser-->Customize-->Browser Toolbar” > enable “Show Tab Bar and Toggle Tab Bar Button”) and test again.

Alternatively you may just create a new configuration for testing where you just set the start page URL, allow downloads and configure password to exit SiteKiosk.

If that doesn’t help please send the SiteKiosk configuration you use (…\SiteKiosk\Config\YourConfig.skcfg), a current log file (…\SiteKiosk\Logfiles) with the information at which time the problem occurred and a step by step description how to reproduce the problem.
