Support Request: Profile issues with SiteKiosk9 on Windows 10

Description

Hi,

We are experiencing issues when selecting Auto start in SiteKiosk. The computer reboots and logs in with the SiteKiosk Restricted User Account, but it says it is a temporary account and the Keyboard doesn't work.

We can get the keyboard working using the keyboard shortcut keys (Ctrl, Shift, Backspace and Alt, Shift, Delete), but then when we reboot the keyboard stops working again and it creates another temporary account.

Do we need to set some local security rights for the Restricted account?

Unfortunately we noticed that the last Windows patches from February 2020 included a change from Microsoft which led to the fact that you could no longer log in with the SiteKiosk user.
