Support Request: error Iexplore.exe blocked


Hi Sirs,

I have the problem that the system blocks the IExplorer.exe as you can see in the attached image.
This happened to us after updating the system from windows 7 to windows 10 and also updating the license to Sitekiosk 9.7.5324.
I validated that it was not a Windows problem and starting our application deactivating sitekiosk and it worked without problems. the problem appears when i activate sitekiosk security.
what can I do to fix it?

Thank you for your inquiry. The iexplore.exe is blocked message is an intentional and wanted behavior. The iexplorer.exe represents the Internet Explorer and for security reasons all external browsers are blocked by default. Using external browser applications is not supported. You can use the SiteKiosk browser (Metro IE skin uses the IE Web Browser Control of the installed Internet Explorer, Chrome Browser Skin uses a Chromium CEF Browser Engine installed with SiteKiosk).
