Bug Report: Chrome / attach files to https://www.randstad.se/

Reproduction

In SK in Chrome engine, go to:
https://www.randstad.se/arbetssokande/jobb/junior-mjukvaruutvecklare-till-spannande-kund-i-jonkoping-201290372/
click "Hansök har!" and then try to attach "CV" on the left side.

Description

Hello,
found an issue with SK Chrome engine (works in IE/Edge engine).
In SK in Chrome engine, go to:
https://www.randstad.se/arbetssokande/jobb/junior-mjukvaruutvecklare-till-spannande-kund-i-jonkoping-201290372/
click "Hansök har!" and then try to attach "CV" on the left side.

If we do that in SK Chrome engine, it does not show any doc/docx/pdf/etc files in the Windows dialog to attach.

If we do the same in Edge engine, it works.
If we do that with the Chromium CEF application of the same version as used in SK, it works also (see the screenshots attached).

Does not matter if run with Admin, Domain or local SK account.

Hello,

Thank you for this notification.

Usually SiteKiosk has no influence to the internal behavior of the “Open dialog” from Windows but just allows or blocks it (rest applies to the access rights of the Windows user SiteKiosk is running in).

But I was able to reproduce it and forwarded it to our developers for further investigation.

The only quick workaround I see is switching to Metro IE skin where it works.

Regards,
Michael Olbrich

As far as I can see the behavior only happens on this website, on others I cannot reproduce the behavior (e.g. when uploading attachments on hotmail).

Hello,

Fortunately our developers have found the reason for this behavior. There is no workaround for SiteKiosk 9.7 but it will be fixed with the next SiteKiosk Version 9.8 we plan to release within the next 3 weeks.

Michael Olbrich
