Support Request: Payout logic sequence

We plan to have a vending machine with a coin payout and a bill payout device for the remaining amount.
Can you tell me about the logic that Sitekiosk is using when deciding on payout e.g. whether it will pay out bills, coins or both.
For example, if the price of a product is €12 and a bill of €50 was inserted, how will the remaining €38 be returned?
Is this a script that can be modified?

Generally the Payment received through one of the activated payment devices in the SiteKiosk configuration is by default used in SiteKiosk to allow kiosk usage.
The only device integrated to SiteKiosk that supports payout for balance you added to SiteKiosk is the GW200 change giver (for coins) that can be uses with the EMP800.
See “6. Combination: EMP800 coin selector + GW 200 change giver”:

Therefore creating a vending machine with SiteKiosk for a coin and bill payout for the remaining amount would need to be customized (corresponding payment devices would need to be integrated + the corresponding logic for the payout).
Furthermore the logic for this & how it works depends on what is supported by the payment device you use and not on SiteKiosk.
