I am getting the following error. I don't know what is going on. I am having issues getting the software to be able to log in.

Thank you for your inquiry. This screen appears due to the settings in watchdog monitoring program. You can find more information in this FAQ link:

Usually, there is a screen that SiteKiosk is unable to close, which then causes this to happen. You can check your SiteKiosk log files or make sure you check in your admin account if any program would need to run, eg, software update application.
