Support Request: Cannot enable Flash Chrome Browser

I set "Use flash" under customize settings for chrome browser but its still does not enable flash on this page

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. This was a known problem of the Chromium CEF Engine in SK 9.7. You will need to update to SK 9.8 that uses a newer Chromium CEF version:
https://www.provisio.com/en-US/Downloads/VersionHistory.aspx . Also please ensure that you have installed the most current Adobe Flash PPAPI version.

Would my license allow us to Upgrade to version 9.8. Where can I check that?

Thank you for your inquiry. You can freely test an unregistered version of SiteKiosk at any time before purchase. When you are ready, you can go My Account>>My Licenses on www.provisio.com. Click on "Payment on Invoice". If your creation date is less than a year old from the release date of the latest version (currently 6/3/2020), you can use the new version with your current license. Otherwise you will need to purchase a SiteKiosk version update. You can renew support and updates with the purchase of an annual maintenance plan before your year is up.
