Support Request: License Expired and Disappeared

Description

Hello. I have recently been getting notified that I am out of licenses for my SiteRemote machines. I signed into my account and noticed that I have three registered machines and only two licenses. Not sure how but I am guessing that the one license expired but it disappeared all together. I have the original license key but it is not allowing me to add it back. What do I have to do to get the license re-added. The following license key is the one that is missing from my account.

Licenses can be deleted by the user after they expire. I also responded to your email with more information about how to renew SiteRemote Cloud licenses.
