Support Request: configuration


HI i am evaluating SiteKiosk as an option for our new Kiosk deployment. i go into configuration edit the template 2 the way i want, save and also save the configuration. I can see the changes every time i go into edit on start page but when i do a test run once it it loads the default template 2.

Thank you for choosing SiteKiosk. In the Start Screen, you may need to consider the language settings. You can set different pictures, text and links for each element based on the language selected. Example, if SiteKiosk starts with English Start Screen but you configured everything in another language, you won't see your changes until switching the Start Screen from English to the desired language. If you only want to use just one language, click the Settings button (cog icon), select Languages, then disable the "Multiple languages" checkbox in the Start Screen Editor. Or in the same section, change your Start Language to match your preference.
