Support Request: URL allow list with special characters

Description

We use kiosk for access to our Library catalogue. I am having trouble with allowing access to certain URLs, I believe that it is due to special characters in the URL.

This URL works fine

[SiteKiosk] Navigation: https://onecard.network/client/en_AU/westtorrens/search/results?qu=harry potter&te=&lm=WESTTORRENS


This URL does not, it is blocked by SiteKiosk

[SiteKiosk] According to the surf area rules the navigation to https://onecard.network/client/westtorrens/search/results?qu=TITLE:\"Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows\"&qu=AUTHOR:\"Rowling, J. K.\"&FRBR=1&lm=WESTTORRENS


The site allowed list has the following entry

https://onecard.network/*

Is there a way I can allow access to the second URL (and others like it)?

Thank you for your inquiry. I could not replicate your issue because with testing an "a" tag href, this portion was ignored: 


:\"Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows\"&qu=AUTHOR:\"Rowling, J. K.\"&FRBR=1&lm=WESTTORRENS


The website itself did not do this with manual search. Though this escape character for (\") quotation works in JavaScript, is not so with HTML URL encoding. Following this example (web search) https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/urls/url-encoding#common-characters-that-need-encoding, if you need to create a link of your own, replace your quotations with %22 and spaces with %20.
