Support Request: RE: Printing doesn't work

Description

When within SiteKiosk, even though printing has been enabled and print monitoring has been enabled, when going to the print dialog box (both Sitekiosk and Windows XP) all available printers show up as being 'Paused'.

When exitting SiteKiosk to look at settings, all printers remain in a 'Paused' state.

Can't find it anywhere to enable printing or prevent the printers from going into a paused state.

This is affecting all four of the Kiosks at our business center.

Any time given to this matter is greatly appreciated.

did you enable the option "Keep printer paused when quitting SiteKiosk"?
(It isn't enabled by default)

If not, have you installed the printer like it is described in the SiteKiosk help?

I checked the options for the printers, and I *do not* have checked "keep printer paused when quitting SiteKiosk"

As to the installation of the printers themselves, I didn't do the setup, but I will reinstall the printers to one of the Kiosks to see if that may indeed be the problem.
